This critically acclaimed, new musical is based on letters Janis Joplin wrote to her sister, Laura, during her climb to rock fame. Janis is portrayed by two actresses–the electrifying, onstage persona live, in concert, and the other–the private, introspective Janis. Love Janis features Beehive and Soul Sisters star Andra Mitrovich whose soulful recreations of Joplin’s hits will have you swearing you’re back at Threadgill’s in the 60’s! This will be the Texas premiere of this new work.
