Parting Shots

I hope you’ve enjoyed this little demo. Before you go, I thought I’d provide the answers to some of the questions you might have.

Q: How much does Macintosh System 7.5 For Dummies cost?
A: $19.95
Q: How can I order a copy?
A: The fastest way will be to get it at your favorite bookstore. If they don’t have a copy in stock, they should be able to order one if you ask nicely. The ISBN number (which will make it easier for them to order your copy) is: 1-56884-197-3.
Or, you can order it direct from IDG Books by calling 1-800-762-2974.
Q: How long is it?
A: That’s a rather personal question… Oh, the book! It’s 400 pages give or take a few.
Q: How long did it take you to write it?
A: About 4 months.
Q: What did you listen to while writing it?
A: Elvis Costello (lots of it), Counting Crows, REM, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Neil Young, Todd Rundgren, and a bunch of other stuff. (I play everything very loud, probably a result of having been a roadie for the Jackson 5, Shaun Cassidy, and others in my youth.)
Q: Can I upload this demo to my favorite BBS or give a copy to a friend?
A: Absolutely. Please do!
